A few years ago I lost a lot of water mellons to the crows. What I did was, string some nylon fishing line on poles above my mellons. Not a lot, just random back, and forth above the patch. It didn't take long for the crows to stop flying into my mellon patch. I could see where they hit the line in a few places. I don't think they can see the thin line. This really worked for me. Those birds are a real pain in the rear. Before I realized it, they picked the rubber seal in peaces on the roof of my car. If my wife sets eggs down from the chickens, the crows eat the eggs, before she takes them into the house. As for the church building try stringing some fish line across a couple windows, and see what happens.stan
