Allan the way you are in to transmissions I wish you would go drive one of these pickups. The transmission is SIX speed With overdrive. Lots I don,t understand about it but it is absolutly the easiest shift I have ever seen. Part of that has to be that the gears are closer together ,but the operation is some kind of smooth. I want to see a cut away or breakdown on the thing got to be a lot of moving parts, that is why I was watching the temp in those hard pulls but I am really impressed with the transmission more than the engine which is also pretty nice.
