Most of my house has a fairly new green metal roof on it but one section on the back is the original standing seam metal roof. Stamped into the metal it says guaranteed until 1928. It doesn't leak now and it was coated with aluminum roof coating long before I bought the place. I plan to clean it off with a high pressure washer, and recoat it again. I want to put the best coating I can find on it because I am almost 70 years old and I don't want to go up there in 40 years and do it again. What is the best??? Anyone ever see a green roof coating???
