oldtanker, good for you, sir, enjoy his company while ya can. I spent many a Christmas morning driving to see my FIL but I wont have to make that trip anymore. We buried him this past March. He was more than a FIL to me, he was my fishing buddy too. He was a former Marine and I'm a Zoomie so we had serving the country in common, now I have another American flag to place this weekend.
