You could lossen the nut to flush with the end of the threads and smack it lightly so not to damage the threads but odds are they'll get damaged. Try a pickle fork but be prepared to replace the seal and possibly the ball joint/tie rod end. If you have a tourch you could heat it and gently tap it out also.
