Check out BCI out of Muskogee OK (NE area of OK). They are reasonably priced, do excellent work, owner calls you after the crew leaves and asks for a critique of their work, also asks you how he can grow his business, P. Engineer stamped trusses, he makes at his site, quality materials. You pay half when your materials arrive and pay the balance when the crew finishes. What I paid for mine in '05 is meaningless to you as steel has gone up quite a bit but I felt it a fair price.
Same with the concrete floor on what I paid. Local contractor, did an excellent job.
