That's very nice. Thanks for sharing. I go to a small white country church in the N. GA mountains. It's full every Sunday morning and the music is very traditional with the old baptist songbooks, piano, guitar, bass, mandolin. The folks who attend there are country mountain people, very down to earth and humble, and the preacher preaches the Word. I've stopped going to the city and suburban churches closer to Atlanta because most of them have gone contemporary with their own loud rock bands, the words up on a screen (and often don't match what the band is singing), and even rap and hip hop. I grieve how centuries of solid, traditional Christian music of our grandparents are being wiped out in one generation because churches are trying so hard to be like the world and its pop culture.
