Rotation of a pump is determined by facing the input shaft. If - when sitting in the seat of your tractor and looking towards the front - the engine is turning clockwise as you are seeing it - you need a clockwise pump.
I don't know what tractor you've got - but all mine have counter-clockwise engines and counter-clockwise front pumps. My John Deere, Oliver, Ford, Case, and Allis Chalmers are all that way. Looking at the front of the engines - they turn clock-wise. Sitting in the seat and looking forward - they appear as counter-clockwise.
