If I was giving letter grades, I would have given an A+ for his previous concert ("Yanni Voices" - about three years ago..) This one was at DeVoss Performance Hall... I ended up at Van Andel arena, where last one was... WRONG! Found the right place in plenty of time. Performance hall was probably better acoustically, and a nice venue for a concert. Show was well done, excellent music, good soloists (2), Plenty of lighting effects. Excellent musicians, but I think fewer than last time. I was familiar with several of the pieces they played. But overall, not quite as good as last one. Grade maybe an A-. But money and time well spent. Sorry you missed it. (Prior to the show, they had cash bar in the lobby - some of the patrons were not as reserved as they might have been... disappointing.)
