The mechanic I took said clutch should be under 400 and tires are around 225 each (rears). Said he woudn't pay anything more than 4,500 as is. I am thinking on throwing offer at 4, maybe dicker around a bit, but be prepared to walk away from it. I need a 2 ton headache less than I need the yard work done!!
