Sorry to hear about your dad. My late brother had his first stroke in 1997. He was out raking leaves and I gave him heck and told him to get wife No5 to rake them. Later that year he had another severe stroke. I went to see him in the hospital in Delaware I told my sister he probably wouldn't survive. Wife No5 kept him on life support so she could collect retirement and SS for about 3 months. He served in the Air Force during the Korean War and died in a VA hospital.
