JD's designation of bolt grades??

Anyone know what Material Grade A17D means in the spec's for JD bolts? I'm trying to get some correct strength shear bolts(19H1901) for the needle lift on my JD 347 sq baler without standing in line at the local JD parts counter. My baler isn't close to home to look at.

I know bolts(cap screws) with no radial dashes on head are #3,3 radial dashes on head is #5 and 6 radial dashes on head is #8
