Hope he had insurance. Neighbor had a breakin of two of his buildings. Stolen - several thousand dollars worth of small tools, etc. Insurance company is giving him a fight for every dollar, every item he lost. Want receipts for everything he's claiming. Much stuff he had was new or almost new. Still in the box with manuals, and receipts tucked inside, in case he needed to return for warranty reasons. He got robbed twice - once by theives, once by his in surance company.
