I just responded to your reply in the post "this may be of interest to some". Then thought I'd post a new one - to your attention - since the original post is back about 4 pages and you may not look there again.

If you want to, you can right-click on a photo (unless it is protected to prevent copying)...then from the drop down menu that opens, choose "Save Picture as...". That should open your Picture files as the default. Then just type whatever you want to name the photo into the file name box, then click the "Save" button.

This is that safety approved Cowboy picture saved as a jpeg; turned, brightened and clarified a bit.
