Assuming you do not have extremely high compression, have real tread on the tires (NOT "Pulling Tires") and maybe a little weight, you should be able to pull it in most soils and conditions.. 277 in would be plenty, Dad's AC WD-45 was delivered with 4x14" and never trouble pulling it and that had 226 Cu in..All tires were Loaded, tho..
