I think those new rules were going to be a pain if they were passed. I new Farm Bureau was lobbying against them. It's the same crap as HSUS trying to stop certain types of animal crates. Most states already police that or like where I am in MA, there are almost not farmers that use that type of method anymore. It's government overlapping government overlapping government which wastes money. And darn it I work for the government.
