Coupla years ago, after I went to bed one night, whenever I'd lay on my back or right side I'd have a pain behind my right shoulder blade.
Had my wife check it in the morning and I had a piece of wire stuck in my shoulder, 'bout a quarter of an inch sticking out. My wife was afraid to pull it out for fear she'd break it off, so we went to the ER. They pulled it out, and I recognized it as an inch and a half long bristle out of the wire wheel on my bench grinder.
