What are you pulling..?? I don't see any smoke..maybe 3-16"..??? I get just a little smoke with my 720 and 4x16". Thinking about cutting one down to 3-16"..3x16" is really a little too much for my 630 to pull all day..labors it once in a while..Sounds GREAT when it does (AND Hangs in There!!), but I'd really not want to work it like that all the time..! Besides, I have to "Weight-Up" the 630 a good bit to pull the 4x16"F-145.. All the 720 requires is about 200 lbs on the front.!!
