It's hard to guess at something like this with the info provided but blowby is caused by air getting past a psiton. Which means that A. the rings on just those 2 pistons suddenly went bad or B. something cause damage to the pistons. You need to do a compression test and check your numbers against what the book says. And yes injectors can go bad and damage an engine.
Best guess would be that crud in the water jacket prevented flow around the cylinders in question and over heated those two cylinders.
