Hey, we had a colder than usual winter for 3 0r 4 weeks, preceeded and followed by water and mud....., now, since the beginning of march, it's been beautiful (but chilly) weather... just no rain to speak of... Last year sucked for 1st cut hay... Local guy I buy from says this year will be just as bad because a pasture must be so tall at this point.... Not getting much if any rain (milimeters) and it's been 40-50 degrees. Warming up now and supposed to rain a little more... Farmer says we need 3-4 inches in the next 3 weeks to save things.....
