Kevin we have been doing it for years here on the farm. For years we used a stand pipe , hose and fill fitting from tsc. Placed the pipe in a 55 gallon barrel and had a low preasure air regulator and forced it in. Now have a small electric pump and get the fill kit from TSC. Allows for you to let a little air out as you put the liquid in. IF YOU have several probably wort the effort but for just one tire probably better to hire it done. I am knot about to men tion what to put in the tire , that topec has been beat to death on here too many times..Whateever suits you pocketbook is what it boils down to.
