Verify that your regulating valve is opening and closing all the way by switching it to manual operation and increasing/decreasing the pressure all the way in both directions. You should be able to run the pressure up well past what you usually spray at. I had a problem last year with a bad valve on our raven system. It would work in a narrow speed range but would not adjust to changes in speed. Also maybe check your filters for obstructions... besides what others have said, nothing else comes to mind except maybe a computer problem. Good Luck, LonM
