It is going through California now. It started night before last on the Coast, reached the 1500' elev. in the foothills in the early morning hours yesterday. In the afternoon there was a weather alert for thunderstorms with quarter size hail and possibility of a funnel cloud. It looked nasty on the radar but never quite reached us. We got 2 1/2" of rain so far. It is supposed to clear up tonight.
