Ruger is so far behind in production they are not taking any more orders until at least the end of next month. Smith & Wesson are in the same boat, but won't admit it. I work at a small gun shop in northern Wisconsin, we talk to our distributors every day. All the manufacturers were planning on ramping up production later in the summer, but the run on everything caught them by suprise. We just got an order in from our ammo and reloading dealer, only got 40% of what we ordered. If you need something, I would get it now while you can.
