I borrowed this from www.weekendfreedommachines.com.
a model 31 tiller which will actually work on your tractor. It is possible you could find all the parts you need but it will not be easy of cheap. My opinion is it will be cheaper to get the correct tiller. Make sure you get all the parts with the model 31. Mule drive, belts etc. You also need the lift kit and helper spring for your tractor neither of which is cheap to use the tiller. Roger

The tiller is probably from '65 with the low serial number.

I think you have it about right what you would need to mount this on a 210. There may have been something about a early square fender 110/112 using a different rear lift rod than the later ones, but otherwise the rear lifts are the same into the 200 series.
Yes, you need the intermediate drive, which is the same for the SF 110/112 and the 200 series.
The tiller mount bracket is also required, these are on the early 31 tillers, unless they have been removed to mount the tiller on a RF. And no, the integral hitch will not work to mount a tiller.
As Roger noted, unless you have electric or hydraulic lift on your 210, you probably also need a helper spring.

Unless the 30 tiller is in very good condition.I think you would be money ahead to buy a 31 tiller. Most tiller mule drives, on Ebay, sell for the same price as a 31 with a mule drive on Craigslist.
The rear lift off of 68-74 110-112 is the same as a 210 except the flat bar lift rod is to wide to use on the 210. The 5/8" round rod lift bar is correct for 210, this 5/8" lift rod is also used on 73&74 110-112 with a brake pedal on the right side.

Today's Featured Article - Choosin, Mounting and Using a Bush Hog Type Mower - by Francis Robinson. Looking around at my new neighbors, most of whom are city raised and have recently acquired their first mini-farms of five to fifteen acres and also from reading questions ask at various discussion sites on the web it is frighteningly apparent that a great many guys (and a few gals) are learning by trial and error and mostly error how to use a very dangerous piece of farm equipment. It is also very apparent that these folks are getting a lot of very poor and often very dangerous advice fro ... [Read Article]
