Anyone in the railroad industry actually want to comment on the _issue_ that was brought up, your silence on the corssing being taken out appears to be condoning the RR squashing the little guy?
I don't really care for that, the points above about the RR saving money by hiring lawyers instead of doing the right thing doesn't help _any_ of you in the RR business. The silence from you on the issue raised is coming through loudly. Not really a warm fuzzy feeling for you...
