hate it when that happens ,,,mine has been fixed twice in 330k miles,,cost me $400 each time ,, i think it is easy money for the tranny shop,, in the future do not lug in 5th gear under 45 mph ,,the cummins 6 cy torque hammers hard on that gear at low rpms ,,, kinda like the diesel 2 cy lder j deer gutting out sikle bar gearboxes on hay bines
