Try a new plug first. Sometimes the end goes bad on the plug wire as well... and that is replaceable. Low oil shutdowns are the other obvious culprit. IIRC, simply removing the wire from the shutdown switch is sufficient to break the connection as it works on a grounding principle when there is no oil. Beyond that... the ignition module could be bad or the shutoff switch. Just have to chase it out with a meter and see where the connections go bad.
