The weather sure wasn't what it ws supposed to be today,that's for sure. Last two days I was running the big tractor with the cab. Had to run the air from time to time. Supposed to be mid 50s and sunshine today. I WISH. I was planting with an open tractor,had my hood tied up half the day. Last pass across the last headland the sun came out enough to cast a shadow. Supposed to be back up in the 70s Sunday and Monday,so that should get them going.
Only thing that was down this year was brome grass seed. I was pleasantly surprised at that,but the alfalfa and fertilizer more than ate up the slight reduction.
