On this very site every day I see lots of messages saying we need less government, fewer laws, all government is bad, get out of my life.
Now today you are saying the scapers need to be licensed, cops need to be more aggressive, and the criminals need to be prosecuted.

Seems to me you want law and order if you are the victim....but free range to do as you see fit if you are the law breaker. Seems like a bit of a conflict here.
