It is time to license scrap sellers. Make it as hard to get a scrapper license as it is to get a driver's license. This is getting blankety blank ridiculous and it is nationwide. Much as I hate more govenment control it has gotten to where the law is not doing anything with the perpetrators so we have to make it harder to sell scrap.
I had my eight space campground shut down by idiots who stole each power drop while I was out of town. The stripped out breaker boxes and risers were found under the porch of the theives house. Nothing has been done yet almost a year later. I see the theives regularly around town and they just sneer at me and give me the finger.They even live in public housing now.
So,another business is done for so someone can buy a few dollars worth of drugs and beer. And they wonder why there aren't any new businesses in town.
