There is one more drain plug on the PTO. If you have the early style hitch with two separate castings you can get at the plug. If you have a later tractor the hitch support casting was made in one piece and you can't get at the plug. That area holds about a quart of oil so it isn't a big problem if it doesn't get drained. It can be a problem if you system has so much water in it that it has separated out. In that case there may be a cup or two of water in there.
If the rear frame has been updated with holes to allow the oil to get to the axle housings the fill/check plug heads are to cut off to indicate the change. On newer tractors those plugs were eliminated.
