The plow looks like3 it's running pretty straight to the direction of travel, so just changing either the horizontal adjustment of the plow hitch or the tractor drawbar(depending on the line of draft) should correct the problem. The plow is doing a good job of covering, but I'd let that wheat grow a little before turning it under.
