I like grilled pork chops about as well as a nice steak. Chops are about the same price as better hamburger.
3 or 4 thick grilling chops 1/4 cup olive oil 1 tablespoon rosemary 2 cloves crushed garlic 1 teaspoon kosher (or sea) salt
Marinade the chops for 20 minutes to an hour before grilling. The chops stay juicy.
I also can't understand Germans wanting Budwiester beer unless it's as a joke or they want something light for their kids to cut back on soda. One German friend tried a Bud and asked "Vas ist das, vasser?"
