Saw the beef post below and it reminded me. I just took two #300 plus hogs to the butcher to get process and smoked. Not looking forward to that bill. Having hams, bacons, picnic hams, and half the chops smoked and the rest into 4 types of sausage. I may need to sell some as freezer space will be an issue. What would be a fair price to ask? Don't need to make money but don't want to lose out either.
