2 speed "Hydra-Power" was the same- no engine braking in under. Found out when I drove the 1550 home from up on the hill where the guy unloaded it- put 2 and 2 together pretty fast (it didn't start freewheeling until I pulled that little knob out), so pushed it back in, pronto, and everything was fine.

Everything else is pretty straightforward- shift pattern takes a little getting used to, but put it in a low gear and putt around a little while experimenting, before you road it.
