A new concrete slab that size has a lot moisture in it yet. We run in to the same problem building houses in the fall or winter. Takes a long time to dry it down and with the spring temp. changes, the floor is going to sweat as long as it is cooler than the air temp. Works just like the dehumidifier you run in your house.
