Ive had horses and ponies over the years.Ive had a horse and ponies in with cattle with no problems.I have seen a cow ram a horse broad side.The last pony I had would bite the cattle if they bothered her.My grand daughter has been into horses for a long time,works part time at a stable.A mare with foal can be very protective.
