Check all your connections to make sure they're clean and tight. I like to put a dab of anti-seize compound on my battery connections to ensure a good electrical contact. Feel each connection after cranking to see of any are hot; a hot connection is a bad connection. You might consider upgrading the battery and starter cables to bigger gauge wire. If there's a solenoid in the circuit, try replacing it.
