As a trim carpenter, I depend on my air nail guns. Have 3 different types for doing trim specifically. My largest one shoots a 2.5" 15 gauge finish nail, and is used mostly for setting door frames. Been setting doors and some thick casings all week, so it has been in great demand! Today it decided to shoot 2 nails at once, and got hopelessly jammed up! Carlson Systems in Omaha is where I bought them, and they have a service department. Finished the day, and by 4:15 I was at Carlson. Told him I had 4 more doors to set, and I joked about how it could not quit when it WASN'T needed! He proceeds to take it apart, clean it, test it, then offered preventative measures, AND did not want even a penney for his trouble! I was IMPRESSED!
