I wanted to plant some black oil and a giant variety last year, and used this sunflower plate. The two blackoil seeds fit great, the giant, striped seed didn't. The plate is a BO30-24, and a BFR-2 filler, worked great.
This giant striped seed fit in this B7-24x, no filler, corn plate great, but the blackoil would have doubled and damaged drops.
Sadly, after both the black oil and the giant seeds came up, the dear picked the leaves off them. But the stubs of the plants were placed very accurately. Mark
