I dialed 9-1-1 from my cell, told the dispatcher was making a test call because she knew me as her phone guy, she said was coming up as Phase 2 cellular, which is a good thing, "latitude 41.7214 and longitude -85.8175" which should have been my close to actual GPS coordinants, not those of the cell tower. If I was Phase 1, would have been the cell tower. So long as she "mapped" correctly, and it sounds like she did when I told her where I actually was and had her compare it to her "autopop" on her map. Were close. Close enough for Phase 2. Put me within about a city block.
