Tell them you expect warranty if the paint starts coming off right away and if they have to repaint, you want it sandblasted and repainted using primer underneath. How it's painted, deck material, how it's secured and what tires you wanted could have been specified when you ordered it. Instead of doing all the research, you should have just asked on here first instead of after the fact. The cheaper they can build it, the less time it takes and the more money they make. Tires have to meet DOT specs.
