Actually i used to work right between a meat packing plant,and dog food company.Honestly,there was MORE inspectors,and inspections at the dog food company than there ever was at the packing plant!I talked one day, honestly, to the manager of the dog food company.He said that there was absolutly nothing in a can of dog food that had a inspected label on it that would hurt you in any way,and in fact if you did eat it,most of it would be better for you than a regular diet of what we normaly eat.back in survival training a hundred years ago the main thing that i remember was "any animal living can be safely eaten except a skunk".Not that a skunk would hurt you in any way,they just had never found a person who could stand the smell and eat it! LOL
