I remember as a kid sitting down at dinner at my grandparents house after a hard day in the field with grandpa, dad and my uncles. We were hot and tired and hungry, Grandma served up diner to us at the kitcken table (to dirty for the good dinning room table) and not a word was spoke as we ate. When we were done she asked if we liked it? To witch my uncle replyed It was good what ever it was. WRONG THING TO SAY! He got slaped up side the head and was told to MAKE YOUR OWN FROM NOW ON and walked out of the kitchen! Gramdma took her cooking very personaly and I think my uncle had to eat alot of crow to get back in her good graces to get our dinner made agin!
