O boy! Seems to me I had a 1971 Ford Bronco set up like that for a short while. Only owned it for about a year. Can't really remember exactly how it was plumbed.
The Bronco was up and down only, no power angle. I do remember that old plow was capable of down pressure on the blade, the cylinder was a true double acting.
The plow pump looked about the same as the power steering pump, but had a larger reservoir.
I would check for numbers on the pump. Maybe if you are real lucky they might match up with a power steering pump.
