I have a 84 4x4 chevy farm truck and was tending to the fluids . The trans. has a pipe plug in the left side about half way up . On the transfer case there are 2 plugs in the back , 1 at the bottom and 1 at the top , they take about a 1 inch wrench [cresent] . If filled to the top one it would be running about 95% full of oil , this dont seem right or is it ?? Cant see any other check plugs , Should it run that deep in oil or am I missing something ?
