There's a pump drive-adaptor that bolts to the crankshaft pulley and most have female splines in middle. Then a shaft with splines at each end. Then a splined coupler and then the pump itself with a splined shaft. If the splines on the pump are bad, you'll need a new pump.
Most parts are here on this website. A few setups have keyways but most use splines. 841 probably had 7/8" OD shaft X 13 splines.
Each drive part can cost $25-$50. New pump can be found for $200 if you shop around.
