Some of the respondents on this thread have hit the nail on the head so to speak--speculators have driven the price of gasoline up. There was a bill introduced in congress a couple of years ago that said you couldn't speculate in the commodity market unless you owned some of the stock that you are bidding on. It failed in congress. They need to take another look at this bill. Roy
