Well figure it this way you need at the very least 100 foot with a carrier unloaded just to float it but you need more to make it go some place so do not think it would do more then sit on the bottom. Add aircraft to it then you need a good bit more. Former JFK crew man here and it floated at a draft depth of 100 plus feet unloaded
